Petropump Repairer and Construction was established in 2016 with a clear mission: to provide South Africa's petroleum and industrial sectors with engineering services that are safe, compliant, and built to last.

Over the years, we have grown from a small technical team into a trusted partner for fuel stations, fleet depots, mining operations, and industrial facilities across Gauteng and beyond. Our reputation is built on technical precision, strict adherence to SANS and HSE standards, and a relentless commitment to minimizing client downtime.

Led by Vuyisa Munyu, a senior electrician and petroleum equipment technician with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, our team brings unmatched expertise to every project — from emergency breakdown repairs to complete forecourt construction.

Vuyisa Munyu

Director & Senior Electrician / Petroleum Equipment Technician

Vuyisa Munyu is a highly experienced Electrician and Petroleum Service Technician with nearly 20 years of specialised expertise in electrical engineering and petroleum equipment maintenance. Born on 25 May 1981, he is a South African national residing in Dawn Park, Boksburg.

He served as a Service Technician at Prowalco Tatsuno Service (Pty) Ltd for 20 years (2005–2025), gaining extensive hands-on experience in fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs, submersible pump installations, calibration, and compliance verification in line with SANS 10378 and the OHS Act.

He holds a Trade Test qualification from Olifantsfontein and an N6 Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) Diploma from Ekurhuleni West College. Fluent in Xhosa, English, Zulu, and Sotho, he operates effectively across diverse client environments.
